Manual sorting of waste materials is one of the toughest jobs in the industry. To still ensure humane working conditions, we at INTEGRA are setting new standards in recycling with the updated MSK4 sorting station. The booth height can be adjusted by up to 60 cm in 10 cm increments, allowing ideal integration of the sorting booths into existing systems.
The special feature of the new Integra sorting booth is the frequency control for different belt speeds from 0.17 to 0.6 m/s. Depending on which materials are to be sorted (demolition waste, residual household waste or even slag), but also on the number of available workers, the frequency converter control allows you to be flexible at all times – for the best possible sorting results.
The material intake hopper is 1400 mm wide and a belt width of 800 mm or 1000 mm can be selected. A shaft size of 700 x 400 m for the sorted materials ensures a smooth work process.
Of course the insulated stations can be equipped with heating or air conditioning, while the positions of the windows, doors and access steps can be defined individually. With transport dimensions of 8300 x 3000 x 3180 mm (L x W x H) and an overall weight of 5.8 t, the MSK4/1000GB sorting station allows fast and flexible transport for use in different locations.
