The tried and tested Power WS-1000 M is the standard wind sifter from INTEGRA.
All transfer points are equipped with Hardox steel. All settings are controlled via frequency regulators. The 30 kW blower separates every feed material absolutely reliably and cleanly with oversize sorting up to max. 250 mm.
The throughput rate is 80 t/h with a purity of more than 99 %.
The semi-mobile system is ideal for the following feed material: construction waste, slag, residual waste, mixed construction waste, substitute fuels or scrap iron, topsoil and compost.

With the Power HWS-1000 KL, INTEGRA offers a wind sifter with hook lift system for optimum use on construction sites.
The mobile system is flexible and therefore quickly ready for use and achieves a throughput rate of up to 80 t/h with a purity of more than 99 % for oversize grain sifting up to a maximum edge length of 250 mm.
The main areas of application for the Power HWS-1000 KL are construction waste and mixed construction waste as well as topsoil and the processing of compost. The INTEGRA Power HWS-1000 KL can also be used for substitute fuels, scrap iron or slag.

The mobile conveyor belt with a belt width of 1000 mm and a center distance of 7000 mm can be used universally.
The height-adjustable support feet can be adapted to suit the application. The Y-slope conveyor belt with 32 mm cleat heights allows bulk materials to be conveyed at inclines of up to 35° without any problems. The conveyor belt can therefore be used as a stockpile belt or as a transfer belt, for example. With a drive power of 3 kW, approx. 100 t/h (at a density of 1.1 t/m³) of material can be moved at full capacity.
As an option, the conveyor belt can be equipped with a magnetic drum and a VA chute to separate ferrous metals from the material flow.
