INTEGRA’s dosing technology is based on a modular concept.
The INTEGRA dosing hoppers fulfill both the requirement for uniform discharge of the material to be processed and the task of storing material. This buffer function enables constant feeding of downstream conveyor technology and processing machines.
Material is fed into the hopper trough. The frequency-controlled conveyor belt at the bottom of the dosing bin conveys the material towards the dosing drum. The dosing drum, which is also frequency-controlled, then doses the material evenly onto the downstream conveyor belt. Depending on the material and output quantity, the carriers on the dosing drum are selected individually and can be changed or replaced separately as required.
